Xavier Polo
Co-Founder & CEO
Xavier is a passionate entrepreneur, educator, and startup mentor with over a decade of experience helping new ventures grow from idea to impact. Along the way, he’s built multiple successful businesses and guided others in turning bold visions into sustainable brands. He currently serves on the Board of Certified Haircolorists, holds certification in Apprenticeship as a learning pathway to licensure, and is recognized as the youngest Chief Marketing Officer in the industry. Xavier’s work is driven by a deep commitment to entrepreneurship education and a mission to create real opportunities for underrepresented founders through mentorship, access, and community.
Madison Rahman
Co-Founder & COO
At a young age, Madison Celt has established herself as a dynamic entrepreneur — the owner of two award-winning hair salons, multiple commercial properties, and medical spas. Madison combines her expertise in operations management with a deep understanding of community development. Her background in nonprofit leadership and strategic planning has been instrumental in building ENTERpreneurship’s comprehensive support system. She is dedicated to ensuring that every entrepreneur who joins the program receives the personalized attention and resources they need to succeed.
